This unique building was created from blood sweat tears by the client featured on grand designs.

He had acquired this land not knowing if he could achieve planning consent.

After a long period he was granted permission providing certain conditions were met, mainly tree requirements.

As the screwpile does not remove earth and is slender in the shaft it is regarded as the only option around trees for a foundation solution.

This was completed in 3 days ready to take the steel frame structure.
