Purpose: To Screw/Helical pile under pin to stop seasonal movement. This House has no concrete foundation to support so we created a Bridging system to create a spread support under the corbeled foundations. We created a Helical bar supported beam around the affected areas to create a ring beam support. Works completed in 12 days with no affect to the inside of the property
