The client had reports from conventional underpin companies they would have to move out for 6 months to carry out the works.
The preparation works were carried out for 6 days to enable screwpile and underpin bracket.
It took 3 days to install the piles and underpin brackets.
2 weeks to re-instate with even a new front porch with raft foundation on screwpiles.
The end result, amazing 1 month complete and client never left his house.
