The client had employed a builder to construct a pre fabricated wooden structure to enable simple fast installation of the building.
No concrete was required as the structure was to be attached directly to the piles.
As there were tree and underground services in close proximity screwpiling proved to be the fastest, cleanest and the least risk system.
